Brilliant quality and even more stylish in person. On delivery,you need to be aware that if the watch has been in storage for a while the power cell will be completely discharged. If so you either need to charge it in full sunlight or place it next to a high power LED (like a work light) for some time till it starts up. Don't worry about it being broken- it's just got no power. Once started up charge it fully in daylight for several hours and then in daily use it will top itself up by daylight and room lights as long as you keep the face exposed to light.

Fantastic watch. Looks are subjective but I love it. Little worried when it came out of the box ticking every two seconds but this is my first Eco Drive and it only needed charging,which can take up to 50 hours with dull weather. Could do with a wider strap but that's a minor gripe. If you like the looks and want a reliable watch you don't need to replace batteries, then go for it.

Bought this watch because I always wanted a divers watch and it was on special offer.I already have five other Citizen solar powered watch's that are excellent timekeepers and as long as I make sure that they get enough sunlight to keep them charged up have been mainly trouble free.One watch had a fault after 3 years of use and I sent it back to Citizen who repaired it under warranty and it’s still going strong 4 years after the repair.Solar charging saves so much hassle, the quality for the price is excellent and as these watches come with a 5 year warranty I can’t really ask for much more.
