I bought this set as a Christmas gift, and even though my little one can’t read yet, these books are used every single day. They’re perfect for just looking at or playing with, and the illustrations are so vibrant that the colors really grab a baby's attention. I can already tell they’ll make learning basic words so much fun when the time comes. Honestly, they are absolutely worth the price—the quality is wonderful, especially considering how well they’ve held up to being thrown around and chewed on daily! I also love the "mini" size because they are so easy for tiny hands to grip, and the little carrying case makes them perfect for throwing in the diaper bag for some easy portability when we're out and about.

I bought these little books for my granddaughter and she absolutely loves them! I just bought a second set for my friends’s little girl. Hopefully, she will like them just as much as my granddaughter does.

We have always loved Eric Carle books, and this little 12-book set is such a cute way to introduce books and early concepts to babies and toddlers. The books cover simple topics like first words, numbers, the alphabet, colors, and other familiar things little ones are beginning to recognize. One of my favorite things about this set is the size of the books. They are small enough for little hands to hold and flip through independently, which made them especially nice when my daughter was younger. The board pages are also much sturdier than regular paper pages, so I didn't have to worry quite as much about them getting bent or torn during everyday use. The illustrations are exactly what I love about Eric Carle. They are colorful, recognizable, and interesting without making each page feel overly busy. The books are short enough to hold a young child's attention, and we could either read several together or just grab one for a quick little reading activity. I also really like the storage case. With 12 small books, having a designated place to put them makes a big difference. It keeps the collection together and also turns putting the books away into something a toddler can help with. These aren't books with long stories, so I would consider them more of an early learning and vocabulary set. For babies and younger toddlers, though, I think that's exactly what makes them useful. They are colorful, durable, easy to hold, and offer plenty of variety. This would also make a really nice baby shower or first birthday gift because it's something a child can start enjoying early and continue using as they learn more words and concepts.

Cute but a little small. I should have looked at the size of the books but they are small. They don't have to many pages but other then that they're great. I like the find the caterpillar game. My baby loves looking the colorful art.

Cons: Limited Story Length: It's worth noting that the books in this collection have shorter narratives compared to traditional storybooks. While they may not have complex storylines, they are perfectly suited for young children's attention spans and provide quick, engaging reading experiences. Fragility: Since the books are made of cardboard, they can not withstand our 2 years brutal chewing :). Unrealistic images: In some case I noticed pictures are so far from reality that my son can not correlated it with real things. Packaging Concerns: Unfortunately, when my package arrived, I noticed that the corners of the book case were slightly damaged. This was likely due to inadequate packaging during shipping. While it didn't affect the functionality of the books, I would have preferred better packaging to ensure their pristine condition upon arrival. Conclusion: In my experience, the "My First Library" set has been a wonderful addition to our reading routine. The engaging illustrations and perfect size have captured my 2-year-old's attention and made reading a joyful experience for both of us. The convenience of the carrying case has allowed us to bring the books wherever we go, ensuring we always have entertainment on hand. Although the books have shorter narratives and require gentle handling, they are well-suited for young children's learning and exploration. Los diseños de Eric Carle son excelentes y atractivos para los más pequeños. Me gustó mucho que está caja de libros trae 5 muy sencillos con imágenes relacionadas y 5 más difíciles donde tienes que encontrar la imagen, el color letra o número. Estos niveles de dificultad abarcan desde los primeros meses hasta, tal vez los tres años. Como maestra de inglés de bebés me resultan muy útiles y mis alumnos se emocionan al sacarlos, verlos, y luego volver a guardarlos en su caja. Además los encontré a muy buen precio.

How cute are these? The box is so nice and the little books even better. They are just the right size for my LO to handle them herself and peruse through them. They are a good addition to any toddler library. A great way for the baby to learn all these new things.
