Review: A beautiful and functional set - This is really a nice set and comes packaged as if it were a gift in a lovely patterned box. (So if you're giving as a gift, get this one!) I like that the bottles are each different colors, blue for one and green for the other, to assist in differentiating and minimizing mistakes. They are additionally wrapped with protective wrapping. And while I haven't had them long enough to tell re: the dropper material, I am hopeful that it will not deteriorate as is represented.

- ✔️The dropper bulbs are made from upgraded Nitrile material. This prevents the acids from disintegrating the bulb, which occurs with the rubber bulbs found in other ClO2 kits.
- ✔️The OEM test strips are custom manufactured specifically for CDS applications. They test an exponential range between 0-1500ppm, and a linear range between 1500-3500ppm.
- ✔️Choose either 4% Hydrochloric Acid or 50% Citric Acid as your activator. 4% Hydrochloric Acid is reccomended if you plan on using the kit to also produce classic Chlorine Dioxide.
- ✔️Kit is packaged with care: bottles are individually shrink wrapped, bubble wrapped, and vacuum sealed - all inside of a custom colorful rigid box.
- ✔️This solution strength is identical to those labeled "28% Sodium Chlorite". The highest purity commercially available Sodium Chlorite available is 80% so that it remains chemically stable. When a 28% solution of 80% Sodium Chlorite is dissolved into water it becomes 22.4% Sodium Chlorite and 7.6% Sodium Chloride (salt). Those labeled 28% are actually 22.4% NaClO2 or produce a non-PH neutral solution when activated. For CDS applications, solutions labeled 22.4%, 25%, or 28% are negligibly different (when used with 4-5% HCl).

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A great deal on a beautiful kit, I have great expectations!

Absolutely impeccable packaging. My set didn't come with the fancy box that some reviewers here received. But each bottle had no less that five layers of packaging: heavy shrink-wrap cellophane on the bottle, then thin foam wrapping, then a fully sealed plastic bag, then bubble wrap; and finally a plastic bag enclosing both bottles. The bottles themselves are beautiful, with artful labeling including clear instructions. The NaClO2 solution comes in a deep blue glass bottle (which should help prevent degradation by UV light). Nitrile dropper bulbs should make dispensing easy, with no worries about bulb material dissolving into the solution. There's a helpful card that explains the meaning of commonly cited percentages for NaClO2. And of course this set includes hard-to-find full-potency test strips. I haven't yet actually used this kit to create any purifying solution, but if the packaging is any indication of the care that they use in their formulations, then I have great expectations for the results.
