I mix this with cooked breakfast cereal, semi - melted ice cream, yogurt, cottage cheese etc.. The taste is actually pretty much a NEUTRAL, bland, flavor and does not much complicate the flavor of the food one mixes it into or overwhelm the taste. One issue with the packaging -- it is sealed when I get it, but the zip-lock part of the bag is not closed, so when I go to cut off the top of the packaging, the casein powder goes all over the place. If the zip-lock was sealed, I think this process would be easier for the user. I ended up pouring it the product into a tupperware container to store it instead of using the zip-lock bag to reduce the mess.
