Valuable smart watch

I liked pretty much everything what is mentioned in the above product description. I must say it has impressive battery capacity. Today being my first day with this watch, it is still showing 96% charge despite me having completed my morning 10 KM run. BTW, my watch was 100% charged last night. It kept showing me pretty much accurate heart rate, oxygen saturation. Also normally I don't wear any other strap except stainless steel due to me being very allergic to silicon belts. But so far this stap has not given me any such issues. Will update further after completing my Sunday's Marathon run.

I purchased the Noise ColorFit Pro 5, and while it worked fine for the first week, the experience after that has been very disappointing. One day the watch started restarting continuously and then completely switched off, even though it was on full charge. I tried all troubleshooting steps but nothing worked. Since the product was under warranty, I raised a complaint. The issue was registered, but when customer care called me, they asked me to wait in a queue for a long time and then disconnected the call without speaking. This happened multiple times. Later, I received a message saying my issue was closed even though it was never resolved. I raised another complaint using my husband’s number, and only when he mentioned recording the call to file case did we finally get to speak to a representative. Eventually, they collected the watch and said they would either replace it with a new one or return the same one depending on the defect. Overall, if you’re okay dealing with such hassles when a failure occurs, then you can consider this product. But based on my experience, both the product quality and the customer service left me very disappointed.

The watch has superior performance & battery life. Worth the money. We had issues with the side scroll button and reached out to the noise team. They've replaced our device and were constantly updating us everything. Very happy with the purchase.
