Cucina & Amore Quinoa Meal Mango & Jalapeno - 7.9 OZ (Pack of 6)

I did LOVE this product, but of course, value for money is not great, which is why I gave it 4/5 stars.I understand buying this is prepared and you're going to spend more money for than it's worth, and that's our capitalistic society, so I get it.HOWEVER, minus the value components, I do LOVE these fast quinoa bowls. You don't even need to microwave them, they're healthy, and quick lunch for me.If they weren't as outrageously expensive (inflation doesn't help) I would buy them regularly.

BE AWARE: The description says Mango & Jalapenos, but the image sometimes shows the correct picture but sometimes shows Mango & Red Peppers. I received Mango & Red Peppers, when I was trying to order Mango & Jalapenos. So I'm very disappointed.

This ready-to-eat meal is excellent, with just the right amount of mango and jalapeño flavor in the sauce, neither one overpowering the other. I poured the entire container of sauce into the quinoa, and heated the meal for 30 seconds. Since the food can be eaten without heating it, I plan to keep an unopened box of six in my pantry for emergencies — in the event of a power failure, for instance.

Reorder! I'm impressed with the flavor as I don't like spicy food but this has zing! It's very filling, light and healthy. I'm definitely going to keep these in Stock. I just ate mine out of the container without heating. It comes with a spork too!!!

Very tasty, but we prefer the Artichoke topping as it's not sweet.

I saw these at local Costco and figured I'd try it. It is much better than my expectation. I ate it at room temperature and it is perfect. The sauce is sweet and tangy with a mild heat. I can eat this everyday!

The flavors were okay but, I truly just needed Something for my lunch bag when I forget to bring something and this hits the spot.
