Durable and easy to see what's inside
We use these in our pantry for rice and flour. Lids are not super airtight but they are easy to get on and off, and I like the transparent window so you can see what's inside - no need to label them, and better than the opaque plastic containers we use.

Just OK....lightweight and functional, but there may be better options.
These do what they are supposed to for the most part....provide some decent looking dry goods storage. Not really "airtight" and don't feel super durable, but work just fine in a pinch to hold pasta, grains, coffee etc for short term.I would not recommend for longer term storage of things susceptible to Oxygen exposure (like coffee), but they are fine for somethign that gets used quickly.

Good for quick storage
I was given this set of Kitchen Canisters for free in order to provide an unbiased review as part of Amazon's Vine program. I like the fact that they are lightweight and sturdy. I like that I can easily wrap my hand around them. The small window, while not critical, I think, is a benefit because I don't have to open the lid to see what I put inside. I like that feature. But I was concerned about the "airtight" factor because there's no whooshing sound when I opened the lid. So, I tested them by throwing the canisters from counter height down to the floor (it's slate tile under the carpet), and they barely rolled let alone popping open. I hope this helps you.

Nice looking but not airtight
I wanted to use these for rice, barley and bulghur but they are not airtight so I am not sure they will be good for this purpose. I live in a dry climate so I will give them a try and see how well they store these items. I definitely would not use these for these items if I lived in a humid environment. I washed them before using and they leak briskly from the sides of the window and also from the bottom and top when turned over. They are attractive looking though show fingerprints easily. The windows are a fairly flimsy plastic that easily compresses inward with pressure from your hand. They look like they could scratch easily. The top does not fit on snugly; there is no airtight seal. I would not consider these large, more like a medium size canister at 50 ounces.Overall I am disappointed given what I wanted to store in them. They would work well with wrapped candy or items that did not need to be stored in an airtight container.

Work very well but not perfectly sealed
Great little holders I originally got them to store loose coffee grounds but after washing them realized their not sealed perfectly so it leaks out the bottom and around glass so air would get in a lot easier so I'm using them to hold filters drink packets and random candy and they work great for little storage containers especially with the see through front I know when I'm low on filters

Great for Coffee
Great value for a set of three. My husband and I each have our own coffee station and use different types of coffee beans so we usually have at least 3 types of beans at one time, which was perfect. I like the little see through window on each container so you can see how much beans or grounds you have left. The wide opening makes it easy to scoop. The lid, although it doesn’t have a suction or vacuum, it secures tightly and keeps the beans and grounds fresh.

Okay canisters
I love the look of these canisters. They are surprisingly lightweight. They are made of some kind of stainless steel finish. They get fingerprints on them easily that are hard to remove. They also have a seam on the bottom which I think does not make them fully airtight. When I washed these, water was dripping out just a tiny bit somewhere near the bottom when I was letting them dry and I never could figure out where it was coming from. I love the window that allows you to see what is inside. I would not store anything in these that would be stored for a long time. That’s why I rated these a 3. They are good, just not great. I would spend more for canisters that were all one piece and are more airtight.

Not "airtight"
This is a neat design, but made of many parts (for the canister bottom alone I think there are five pieces snapped together). Unfortunately every seam where these snap together is another place where air and moisture can leak across. For my purposes though, this doesn't really matter. I live in a relatively dry climate, and I wanted containers that I could put coffee beans in while allowing them to off-gas CO2. These are great for general storage, but if you're looking for something that's actually "airtight" you should probably keep looking.
