The set was decent how ever the drill was dead on arrival and will not take a charge or work. Ruined christmas for kiddo who asked for her own real tools.

I’ve tried the charger that included and also another one nothing works. I’ve had one blinking red light and It’s also been crickets from the manufacturer as well

I thought this would be a great start to help me do some home improvement s but it turns out the drill didn’t work… sent it back got a new one and still the same thing drill doesn’t work. So no thank you I just want my money back

I had high hopes for this drill set, but unfortunately, my experience has been nothing short of frustrating. Initially, I encountered an issue where the drill wouldn't charge at all. After exchanging it for a new one, I thought my problems would be solved, but to my dismay, the replacement also failed to charge. I've tried different outlets and even left it plugged in overnight, but to no avail. It's incredibly disappointing to spend money on a product that doesn't perform its basic function. I'll be seeking a refund and exploring other options.

drill didn't work

This was the second one sent to me and both times the battery wouldn’t charge ! Definitely stay away from this

The media could not be loaded.  I like the kit but the drill would not charge AT ALL. I requested a replacement set and had the same problem. Everything else on the kit was perfect. I even plugged a phone up to the charger cord to make sure the charger was not at fault.

I had to return the first drill set due to it not holding a charge had it on the charger over night still no charge just blinking red so I returned it and received another one same issue happened so I just returned it and got a complete refund. Overall the tools are good quality and in great condition just wish the drill would’ve hold a charge.

Looked great, and was excited to use but like many other reviews said the drill came dead, and would not take a charge. I had to return it. I wish I read the reviews prior to purchasing. Lesson learned.
