Prompt and efficient service
I am a full-time carer for my wife who has Parkinson’s and is vulnerable to falls but cannot shout for assistance. Last December I purchased this alarm so that she could contact me if I was in the garden or out shopping and programmed it with my mobile number. It works well and has been needed on several occasions. Recently it failed to connect with the base unit when the wristwatch button was pressed so I advise other users to check this at intervals. I contacted SureSafe by telephone and Andrew helpfully talked me through the re-pairing process but found that it did not work. He immediately arranged to send a replacement under the 12 month guarantee and this arrived the following day – excellent support and service, which is just what anyone using a personal alarm needs.
