Frankly I think this is a revelation for the trusty pair of QC3’s. Admittedly the sound quality might not be as rich and bass heavy as the old wired connection, but that’s largely a Bluetooth issue and not isolated to the QC3. Bose has always been bass heavy so I would argue it brings the headphones back into more neutral bass territory.What to say? After a quick charge and simple attachment, my QC3’s have been brought into the modern era. Connection is quick and easy. The Bluetooth connection is called “QC3”, a nice touch versus some random alpha numeric device name. The voice saying “paired” when connected has had elocution lessons, all good. You get the sense the manufacturer has actually put some thought into this product to make it in keeping with the legacy product, bravo! The adapter easily fits on to the headphones.A quick trial across a range of music leaves me pleased for this purchase after the QC3’s have been sitting in the drawer for a while. No more! Long live the originals.Battery life to be determined but imagine will last as long as the batteries that power the headphones themselves.Is this adapter good value? I would argue it is, as there is nothing else out there as sleek and as original looking as this.

This small gadget added Bluetooth functionality to my Bose QC3 headphones.A really nice design that fits really well. In addition not weighty, so it doesn't change the feel of wearing the headphones.As expected, the sound quality is not quite as it is when connected via a cable, but to be honest it's a good payoff to have Bluetooth connectivity on my headphones. These are now better than the 3rd party earbuds I bought to do the same job and actually a cheaper option.I'm really happy to have my Bose QC3 over ear headphones back in regular use.

Adapter purchased to be able to use Bluetooth with old Bose QC3 headphones. Product delivered on time. Works well, easy connection to phone. Product cost is negligible compared to upgrade to newer headphones.

If you experienced similar to my experience below... request to change. It's 100% clear to me now that mine was faulty and the support I received was absolutely first class. I could have sent the unit back but they wanted to send out another to compare with.I rating was initially 2 stars but I would rate them now as a 4/5 for quality now. Not quite 5 but that's ok. Some degree of loss is expected for apple users.The vendors proactive support deserves 5 stars alone. Thank you :)I had high hopes for this device. I really loved my 'on ear' QC3 more than the later enclosed ear Bose headphones for comfort vs size. When I had the opportunity to buy this Bluetooth 5.0 converter, I was quite excited that I could use them again since every phone is pretty much Bluetooth first and no 3.5mm jack built in.The unit looks great, it clicks on to the headphones securely and is designed to look at home on the Bose headphones. It paired straight away, I went to my Spotify playlist and was more than disappointed to lose so much clarity. I'm not an audiophile and I don't have fantastic hearing but they've managed to turn my headphones into something that sounds worse or at best almost on par with the the cheapest bluetooth earphones. I wanted to compare between wired and wireless and yes you would expect a bit of a difference but unfortunately it was night and day in comparison. No bass, no treble and what's left is incredibly poor. Such a shame and looks like I'll have to send this back for a refund. I don't think these are faulty, I just think the quality of the components are lacking.

Fits perfectly into the headphone jack. It doesn’t pull the headphone to one side because it weighs so little. Buttons are a little small for my hands but the device works very well. Sounds as good as the wired configuration. Highly recommend it.

This works really well, modernised my headphones and made life a lot easier in the gym. Although my headphones were old. There is nothing wrong with them and begrudged paying a fortune for another set. This solved the issue easily and very easy to set up.

I’d put off buying this for years - annoyed I didn’t buy it sooner now. Great to get free from wires on an old pair of Bose headphones. It even has usb c!

Really impressed with this purchase, the adapter fits the headset well, has a good battery life , simple to operate and has given my Bose headphones a new lease of life... I'm probably using them more now than when I first got them.
