First the package was damaged, second the clock itself has dents and scratches on the face, there were no instructions either.

These are beautiful! Very proud to support my military!

Clock is not well put together, mechanism slides around moving the hands around with it easily.

Product did not come assembled. No instructions for assembling and broke when putting together

The clock face is very nice. The clock mechanism does not work properly. The buyer must assemble this, which the idea of this, did not bother us. However, there are no instructions. The pieces are also kind of flimsy and don’t sit right. You have to be careful when moving it or the pieces fall apart. When we got it together, we set it up to make sure it works well before taking it elsewhere and relying on it. It started to jump hours at a time. We fixed the time multiple times and still it was hours off each time we look at it. You can see the mechanism does have power- we put the battery in and the parts do move. It just will not work properly, no matter what we do.

This clock was not assembled prior to shipping.

Product was not more quality than the box it came in. Instead of buying this product just buy a clock movement, scribble your favorite design on some cardboard, and poke the movement through the middle. Picture doesn't show how flat. Difference is like a house plant and photocopy of said house plant, and you get stuck with the photocopy. Really got fooled on this one! LOL
