Phone would be fine but I only could get it to work with AT&T. Phone is bulky and heavy. The phone is slow and touch screen doesn’t always cooperate. It’s a very basic phone in a rugged case with a large battery.

Apparently, Samsung has gotten complacent since they won the government contract to provide the free phones for SNAP recipients, so their quality and customer service has dwindled to nothing. This phone has great memory, it's tough, nice aesthetic, easy to use, great battery, and performs well. It's a big thick for my back pocket, but the pro's far outweigh the cons.

It is a bad phone and the seller is not good. I bought a bad phone and I asked for a return and he did not give me my money back. I talked to him more.

This phone is tough. I have dropped this phone many times and there are no scars, breaks, or scratches. I especially love the long battery life. When I charge it every night, the battery is only 80%, meaning I only use 20%. And I'm using all kinds of apps that use background location services. Durable phone that I would recommend to family and friends.

It’s hard to use when the touch screen responds to my electromagnetic aura.

Its not compatible with Verizon network. I was so excited when the phone arrived but when the set up was complete i can't text or call on this phone so i call customer support on my network carrier and they tried to help me but they said it doesn't support on there network/band. Sad i really like it to work but nothing i can do.

Except for battery life, there's nothing unique. The back screen has few watch faces and you'll feel it's a novelty not worth concerning yourself with. Worstly, the screen is not bright for day time.Two SIM cards work, but not when configured with one SIM and one storage card. It does not seem possible to have two SIM cards and additional storage.

I ordered this phone for my husband because he works in a very dusty environment around a lot of heavy machinery. His previous phones didn't stand up to his job but his Fossibot F101 Pro Rugged works just like new after months of using it there.
