Very Good value for money.Very easy to install.Works perfectly as described in the manuals.I Had one issue with it after 30 days it stopped working. I contacted the seller via email and left a seller feed back 'I rate it as awful' to get a response, within 30 minutes from leaving the negative feedback, I was called by the fortress technician from the USA (called jack). (how do I change/retract my -ve feedback as it is clearly not fair, but I did that to gage a speedy response from the seller.He was very helpful and sorted the issue within minutes. The support is second to none. BTW a new version is coming out in the next 2 weeks as advised by the technician that is WFI supported.I would recommend this product for anyone (on a budget) looking to secure their home with latest technology.Good luck Fortress Security and wish you a continued and successful trading.

I would like to now is that TS-C which has a price 349GBP is the WiFi version which supports SIM cards, WiFi, and land line connections?

By the time I inserted the power cable the internal mechanism loosened. It is a fantastic product, with all functionality working, but not very sturdy on point where power cable goes in. Eventually, it would have broken in time, so I returned the product. Return was very easy, no questions asked, so good customer service.

System doesn't work with 4G networks. Only GSM. A pain in the neck to configure and very expensive for what it is. Also gets set off for no apparent reason, which is a complete nightmare if you are either away from home or if it happens at night. The siren is too flimsy to be installed on the outside and if it is anywhere within either visible or accessible range, it can be easily broken because it's made of cheap plastic. All in all, it's a terrible waste of money and I can't believe I paid £299 for this rubbish. Avoid at all costs.

Sensors work only when they feel like and the case with the remotes is exactly the same. Certainly more of a headache than anything else. If you're the person who just wants things to work, then you should certainly avoid purchasing this. Oh and it setting itself off at around 2am will certainly make you less popular with your neighbours

The product I bought off Amazon does not have WiFi support. However, I contacted Fortresses customer support and they were incredibly helpful.Despite of the wifi package being a completely different unit, they offered to replace my old unit with the new wifi one (and replace the two sirens as they were no longer compatible) for just $50 and didn't charge any shipping. I felt this was very reasonable. They were very fast on their responses too. Very easy to set up as well around the house. Comes with everything you need. Have put up the 10 door sensors with ease and system looks to be working well.
