I wish I could give no stars!!! That’a How terrible these strips are! I should of taken pictures because it was that bad of an experience!! I purchased the strips after seeing the girls who created the wax strips on Shark Tank... Well what a mistake that was!! First of all, like a lot of the reviews are saying it does leave a crazy residue. I followed the directions carefully and the result was... the skin on my upper lip was literally RIPPED off as I pulled the strip off! My upper lip was so raw!! Not only did that happen back in April of 2018 but fast forward until now July of 2018 and when I go into the sun (even with sunscreen on my upper lip) I have such a dark pigmentation on my upper lip that people think I am growing a mustache!!! I NEVER HAD THIS PIGMENTATION BEFORE USING THE STRIP!!! I am furious and I am so embarrassed of this dark pigmentation!! I don’t know what to do to take the freakishly dark pigmentation away that I have now because of these stupid wax strips!! Terrible product!

This product is amazing!! After reading all the one star reviews I decided to tell you all what's really happening:1. Very easy to use and very portable it is tiny. I can do this so inconspicuously in my office2. Yes there is a residue but literally all you need is so type of oil and it comes RIGHT OFF (I use coconut oil)2(a) the aloe cream provided is more than enough. A little bit goes a long way. It also soothes reddened area.3. Make sure the area is clean. Do NOT use alcohol AFTER or it will burn your skin.4. If you go over the area multiple times then there is a chance you will peel some of your skin. DONT DO IT MORE THAN TWICE IN ONE AREA.5. I suggest you make sure the wax is "melted" and easy to separate..that makes adhesive grab hold to the hairs.6. Smooth the strip over the area good...and then keeping your skin taught, pull off in opposite direction of hair growth.7. Trust you will not realize how hairy your are until its all on the strip.Lastly it is a wax so Even if you go to professional you are going to be red...but eventually it goes away.I use this on my lip, chin. IT REALLY WORKSPLEASE NOTE : I do not have "fine" hair. And it still gets that hair (see pic) I am ordering again.

I previously purchased this item at a Sephora and it worked great. In this order, the strips are completely different. The wax was terrible, when separating, it came off in wrinkles and was uneven on the strip. Took off much but not all of the hair and was more irritating to my skin than the previous version. The aloe lotion included is great.

Sort of new to me so I'm still in the learning curve.Every time I use them, some hair remains and there is residue from the strip.Maybe I didn't leave in place long enough to cool and harden to take all of the hair off.For the price it was worth trying.

Is it perfect? No. Does it do a decent job? Yes. Still a couple to pluck and some residue to remove but super easy.

I was so excited to try this product after I saw it on Shark Tank. I have a light mustache on my upper lip and have been dry-shaving it for years. But this product was extremely disappointing.1) the instructions were hard to read because of the tiny print. I had to use a magnifying glass in addition to my glasses.2) you have to wait until your hairs are at least 5 mm long, which is longer than I like my mustache to be.3) It did not work. I tried 3 times with different strips, following the printed instructions as well as the video. A few hairs were stuck to the tape, but most of them were still on my upper lip.4) It left a sticky residue that did not come off even after washing twice with soap and warm water.I could put up with everything if it works. But it doesn't, so I am returning it.

This is compact and easy to store. That’s the best thing about it. Beyond that… leaves a lot to be desired.These strips leave a lot of hair behind! I’ve even tried using powder on my skin first to see if I could get a better grip on the hair but to no avail. It does remove some hair, I’d say around 50% but leaves a lot behind. If you keep going over the area multiple times you get a lot of irritation so that’s a no go.Since I bought this ive had to use about once a week on my upper lip since so much hair is left behind. The idea with waxing is it’s supposed to be 6-8 weeks hair free! This is not. Fortunately it’s quick so I keep hoping with more tries I’ll get a better technique down and it’ll be better but so far no.The included Aloe gel for after is kind of a joke too. It’s just a plastic pouch you cut open. So after one use you have no way to reseal it… so pretty much a waste.I love the small size of this kit it’s easy to store but other than that it’s nothing special. Would not repurchase.

If you have coarse hair like everything else it's not doing what you thanks anyway
