I ordered the Advanced Memory Formula from Advanced bionutritionals and after I finished the bottle decided to give it one more month so I hit the reorder button. What I received the second month was Advanced Memory Formula from True You Health with mainly B12 (833%!!) and Folic Acid (500%!!) and probably a lot of flour for the filler in the capsule. I get really upset when companies copy a vitamin to look exactly like something that's supposed to help, same color, design, and size bottle to trick people with a much cheaper made product. Don't waste your money. Going to throw it away because I already take a good multivitamin. .

Ever since taking a migraine medication, ironically because I suffer from chronic migraines that also contain a cognitive component, I have had seemingly permanent cognitive damage. I have been looking around for a potential supplement, and decided to give this a try. So far I have not noticed any difference, but I expect that it should take a bit of time to build up in my system and hopefully have a recognizable difference.. so all I can do is continue to take them, which is thankfully easy since they are nicely sized capsules and I haven't had any negative side effects, and just hope for the best! As a reminder, always make sure to talk to your doctor before beginning any sort of supplements!

I was using another brand for quote sometime.I decided to give this a try and I feel it has helped me much better than another product.I feel more on point and sharper.1/11/2024I just realized this is not the original product I thought I was reviewing. . I feel Ike this brand tricks people into ordering what they think is the Advanced Bionutritionals Brand. Makes me mad!!

I've been taking the Advanced Memory Formula for at least a few weeks now and haven't noticed any difference in memory abilities. Others might benefit from at least trying them as I know some of these supplements work for some but not for others. No noticeable difference for me.Three stars

Avoid True You Health brand !!!They have nearly identical packaging and product name to a better supplement but with cheaper ingredients NO REUND ALLOWED
