Good camera without the need to pay monthly subscription to cloud storage although the option is there for those who want it but not pressured to buy unlike Kami / YI who will hound you to the ends of the earth. Also unlike the afore mentioned company these actually work very well with NO false activations. Yes you can actually get some sleep without being woken every 5 minutes that a moth has flown past the camera or the neighbours cat is in your garden again. The sound quality is good as is the video capture and connectivity. The setup is child's play so no worries there either. The zoom tracking is a little clunky but maybe a software fix at some point would make these very very good cameras. The field of view could be a little wider but these are on par with the competition and for the price they are good value. Buy one and you will be sleeping soundly unlike Kami/Yi customers 👍

I am super impressed with this EZVIZ camera. I would give it more than 5 stars if I could. Never imagined that the vision/picture clarity & quality both night and day would be this great. All the features work as advertised even the talking/sound one which we have tested more than once. It had to be wired by an electrician and then connected to my WiFi. I recommend it to people looking for a good quality security camera at a very affordable price. Provides my family with that extra security needed every day.

Good value when on discount. I found the quite fiddly to set up, and app is clunky still after many updates including a couple of firmware ones. They work best hard wired. I have 1gb down and 200mg up and used to get warnings about signal quality. Frustrating went to he trouble to hard wire them and they are relatively faultless. Sonetimes they have a will of their own by completing a 360 scan and sometimes miss vehicles in the drive alltogether?? I use fast cards instead of the expensive cloud storage. You need to keep the box as the code needs putting in if you reset them. A tad hard if there fitted up somewhere…..

Fast delivery set up was so easy it took less than five minutes the camera sends motion alerts for vehicle but the camera only rotatates for humans perfect zooms in and follews them added pro 59 pounds a year for added panic alarm were they send out a security officer app simple to use thanks guys

I have had Ezviz CCTV cameras on my property for several years whereas the cameras are reasonable in their operation, function and quality during that period I have had to replace several of them the first was a pan tilt camera which lost its clarity so was replaced with C8C full colour pan tilt camera. In all I had to send back two of these as a result of malfunction of the fixed default position failure so there is some reliability issues with Ezviz However this is not the issue with buying a Ezviz camera the following is the main issue . When I have had a technical issue with one of my cameras (Which I have had several) Achieving a response from Ezviz customer support is a nightmare. To get to receive an answer from their technical support involved several emails from them on every occasion they give nothing but continually ask for more and more information once you have responded to their last email and provided the required information which they had requested in that email. To clarify the above and knowing how Ezviz operate when making a recent request for technical assistance I provided four items of basic information regarding the camera within the original email which included the camera model number together with the model serial number. By return Ezviz replied with an email requiring four items of information which included both confirmation of the camera model and serial number. THEY HADNT EVEN READ MY ORIGINAL EMAIL !!!!!! To go into more detail and the final straw with this company. I recently had to change my ISP who removed my main bespoke email address the day which the contract ended. I had already taken actions to inform the majority of my known contacts of the impending change to my email address but as anyone can imagine there were a few that slipped the net and Ezviz one. I contacted Ezviz explaining the above especially that I no longer had access to my old email address and they requested four items of information for confirmation of my ID two of which I provided the other two were impossible to provide one of which was for me to provide the original switch on day of my Ezviz account (which was several years ago) In the end I provided them with proof that access to my old email address was not possible and also two invoices for two different cameras purchased separately the latest being on the 1st April 2025 ( eleven days prior to my email to Ezviz) The response from Ezviz was as follows Quote “However, based on the information currently available, we regret to inform you that we are unable to proceed with the account unbinding process. According to our security policies, we must verify specific details to ensure the rightful ownership of the device before making any account-related changes.” On every other company which I had the same issue with we were able to resolve a change in my email address but NOT Ezviz !!! As a result I am returning the last camera to Ezviz stripping out the remaining cameras and replacing them all with another reputable company that has a good responsive customer support infrastructure READING THE REVIEWS ON REVIEW WEBSITE IT WOULD APPEAR THAT I AM NOT ALONE IN MY EZVIZ EXPERIENCE !!

Great camera

Hemos puesto ya varias cámaras en casa puesto que buscábamos tener seguridad y tranquilidad cada vez que tuviéramos que salir en cualquier momento (además nos enteramos de que ya habian habido varios robos en la zona y pensamos en añadir alguna más). De manera que decidimos comprar este modelo y sinceramente he de decir que es de lo mejor que hemos tenido, funcionan de maravilla, son super sensibles (ya que detectan absolutamente TODO y no se le suele escapar nada), tienen bastante calidad ya que puedes ver tanto la imagen como los videos en formato HD (aunque evidentemente ocupan más memoria), se les puede añadir una tarjeta SD de la capacidad que necesites y quieras para almacenar todo lo que graba...y la app es muy intuitiva y nada complicada de manejar, por lo que controlarlas y meterte para poder ver lo que ocurre en todo momento en tu casa es muy sencillo. De esta manera siempre puedes conectarte y ver lo que está pasando y, en caso de detectar a alguien, te llegan de inmediato alarmas y te notifica de todos sus movimientos. Por lo que ahora siento que tengo seguridad y tranquilidad y, además, en todo momento estoy informada de lo que ocurre. Sinceramente, estoy muy satisfecha con la compra! Muchísimas gracias

Muy bonita y funcional, buenas calidad de video, se ve muy bien y buen zoom, el seguimiento al movimiento de las personas es muy genial. La recomiendo mucho comprare otra.

J’utilise la caméra EZVIZ C8c 4MP depuis plusieurs semaines et je suis vraiment impressionné par ses performances. La qualité d’image en 4MP est excellente, avec des détails très nets aussi bien de jour que de nuit. La vision panoramique à 360° permet de couvrir une très grande zone sans angle mort, ce qui est idéal pour surveiller un jardin, une cour ou une entrée. Le suivi automatique avec zoom est particulièrement efficace : la caméra détecte les mouvements et suit les personnes en temps réel avec une grande précision. Les notifications sur smartphone sont rapides et fiables, ce qui apporte une vraie tranquillité d’esprit. L’installation a été simple grâce à la connexion Wi-Fi, et l’application EZVIZ est intuitive et facile à prendre en main. J’apprécie également la robustesse de la caméra, parfaitement adaptée à une utilisation extérieure quelles que soient les conditions météorologiques.
