I would refrigerate. Want your martini as cold as possible.

I mix 4 martinis, then chill- does this need to be refrigerated in-between?

I refrigerate mine just like you refrigerate olives in a jar. However, if your making several separate martinis rather than in a batch, the bottle can certainly remain outside the fridge for a while. But remember that Martinis need to be ice cold!
