This design intakes air from the stock ram air hood scoop reducing intake air temps for cooler, denser air increasing horsepower and torque. Most connecting and housing parts are manufactured in high quality carbon fiber which looks good and is a great insulator effectively separating the hot engine from the cold induction air stream.
