Excellent quality, firm and thick exercise mat
Very impressed with the quality of this mat. I am using the mat in the folded position to support under my knees while doing Nordic curls, so I need the mat to provide firm support and not squish down too much, while also being soft so my knees aren’t in pain. This mat has a perfect level of firm-ness for my purposes. It doesn’t squish down. It’s very firm but also comfortable to kneel on.

I use it to lie down on
I bought this primarily as an exercise mat to lie down on. I wanted something that was well-padded, light, and easy to fold up and put away when not in use. I've been very happy with it. Appears well-made. Folds up into three sections for ease in storing. I have bad knees and so I wanted something that took pity on my joints. I'd buy again if needed.
