Battery only lasted 3 months which left us with trying to re-charge the padlock outside and no access to our garden gate. not impressed

Good durable lock, simple to program and use. Charging is simple and does last a long time. Used for a few weeks and it’s worked everytime. Little pricy but will definitely buy again.

Lock stopped working. Totally charged but light won’t come on. I liked it until it became totally useless after 3 months.

Completely insecure - see jerryrigeverything when he notes that you can use a GoPro mount to remove the back in Seconds.Completely flawed.

I was really impressed with this padlock for the 1st few months and really glad I waited before submitting a review, the padlock worked flawlessly for the 1st 4 months then without warning it was completely dead, no red flashing light warning of battery low, I then gave it a full charge and within 2 day it was flat again with no warnings, after testing the battery no longer holds charge for more then 48hrs, I did reach out to tapplock, but no response at all.Thanks go out to amazon who offered a full refund on a 5 month old device.
