is this suitable for a newborn?

I have this for my children they are both toddlers. I wouldn’t recommend this a newborn it does not have enough support. It’s like an umbrealla stroller for 2

Does the seats recline? If the child falls a sleep, will the child still be comfortable sleeping in recline position?

It does recline! It’s not a full recline, as in they won’t be totally flat (I have yet to come across any stroller like this that is 100% flat) but it’s definitely enough to recline comfortably while sleeping. Which is better because it’s a more gradual recline when they fall asleep as to not wake them from being totally flat all of a sudden.

Does the bar in the middle of the stroller comes off?

If it does come off, I can't figure out how
