This is an excellent knife and I highly recommend anyone to purchase it, if you're on the fence about it. It is very sharp and seems to be of excellent quality. The handle is the perfect fit and it is overall, a very pretty knife. It makes quick work of meats and vegetables quite easily. Also, the included finger guard and soap were a big selling point too! In short, buy this knife!

I bought this knife for my boyfriend who works as a chef in a professional kitchen. We encountered some issues with shipping due to us moving and did not receive the initial item. We informed the company and the CEO himself reached out to us same day and did everything he could to make sure we not only got our product but did not have to pay any additional costs. He sent us a new knife kit as a gift for the inconvenience and was very polite and professional. Upon opening the beautifully finished black box the set contained some cards with company and knife maintenance information, a cleaning cloth, and protective plastic on all surfaces. The finger guard fits very comfortably, doesn’t wobble around, and works exactly as it should. The first test the set was put through was slicing 20 lbs of oranges. The blade is double edged and took little to no effort and less than half than blade length to cut through Navel oranges. After it’s use the knife was hand washed and a honing steel taken to it and the edge was as sharp as when it first came out of the box. He also used the odor stone on his hands afterward and said it completely removed the smell of the oranges. For the price and the convenience of buying online 10/10 would reccomend for both at home and professional use.

This is an amazing kitchen tool. Smooth cutting and useful finger protector. Not that it is a nessacary thing to have but the assurance you wont chop your fingers off is nice. I also appreciate the little card with tips, specifically telling you to use wooden cutting boards. VERY IMPORTANT TO FOLLOW THAT. 10/10 product

I liked the walnut handle and the feel of the knife in your hand, very sturdy. The blade is super sharp and performs well. Feel it was a good value for the money and would buy again or give as a gift.

This knife is awesome. I'm in my first service/kitchen industry job, 4 years strong, and it's the first personal knife I bought myself, for my birthday even! The blade was razor sharp from the get go, the finger guard has been helpful for teaching new guys prep, and the steel "soap" has helped me well with odor on the hands. Definitely proud of this purchase, and everyone else in my kitchen loves it!

handle is a little round for me but still functional as i typically choke up on the blade,does take a little getting used to

Forget the rich looking Walnut as shown in the image. The tone of this wood is what one might expect from having been run through a dishwasher instead of cleaning it with proper hand washing and drying.As stated, the ring on the Finger Guard broke off by simply removing it from its enclosure within a thin, protective plastic bag. The exterior delivery box and the box that these items arrived in were both in excellent shape, so it wasn't as if this arrived in any sort of a damaged state that might be attributable for the damage, it was obviously a cheap spot weld made to fail.One extra star since it WAS a "Lightening Deal" for only $9.97. If I'd paid the normally asked price of $27.25, it'd be sent back immediately.

WOW! This knife is amazing. I don't know how to describe this knife because I have never had a knife like this. All I can say is you must try it.
