Product description               Designed for night use, it offers maximum protection for mobile people with discreet forms of incontinence, white, slightly elastic. Large plastic outer shell, resealable elastic at front and back, extra large leg room approx. 5.5 cm for inclusion of diapers with wetness indicator, anti-odor, latex-free, made in the EU.                  Directions               Application The diaper pants are designed for night use. It can be changed during the night as it has an extra large leg room. Use the moisture indicator to check the nappy pants regularly for moisture. Change the nappy pants if necessary or if smell is detected. The nappy pants are disposable and should be disposed of after use. Please do not throw the nappy pants into the toilet. Instead, dispose of them in a suitable waste container.

**Q: What is the maximum absorbency of these large adult nappies  ?  , I.S.O.  numbers mean nothing at all to most customers.**
A: I wouldn't know what maximum means in volume.thats sort of irrelevant,but I can attest to them lasting all night without leaking,and can be used for when out all day too

Quality of the product is high compared to modern cloth backed alternatives. Perfect for nighttime use, however a bit bulky for daytime use and they swell quite a bit. Asorbancy is excellent and they are great for situations where changing is not possible for a prolonged time. Will order again.

These are excellent incontinence diapers and deserve ten stars out of ten. They are a great fit, keep me secure & dry and are very comfortable to wear especially at night. I would definitely rate them as by far the best product on the market. When ordering them it is best to order a size up as my waist is 37" and yet the large are a perfect fit so be careful of size range. Also these are plastic backed diapers which are far superior, more comfortable & secure than textile ones.
