Grape-Nuts Original Cold Breakfast Cereal, 29 oz Box, 10 Pack

I happen to like grape nuts. They keep me from being constipated also which is a very good thing so I don’t have to take fiber. Because it is a bulk by they are cheaper, which is excellent.

Well, technically speaking, more like an 8 month supply if I eat 1 serving per day --- each box holds 31 "servings" (1/2 cup). But still! A great value! 8 giant 4 pound boxes! The photos show a 4 pound box next to my old grocery store 29oz box (which is the big size in the grocery store). The expiration date on the cereal is about 9 months out, so as long as I stick to my normal routine, I should have no trouble consuming the cereal within the suggested time frame ----- and I am a creature of habit. I've been assuming you're familiar with Grape Nuts. If not, it's important to know that it has nothing to do with grapes or nuts. I'm assuming the name comes from the consistency of the cereal, as it's about the size and shape of grape seeds, and very crunchy. It's not at all sweet, and has a wholesome flavor---- wheat with a side of barley. It will eventually get soggy in milk if you don't eat it, but it maintains its crunch long enough for me to finish a bowl. I particularly like it topped with fresh fruit: banana slices, berries, etc.

High in fiber and other stufg

Time saving product. My husband loves this and I cannot find this at our local store. When I can find it, the price is unreasonable for product sized box.

Received product with more than enough time to consume before expiration date. I've been looking for a breakfast cereal that doesn't have sugar and all kinds of additives. This seems pretty healthy. I am diabetic, so I need to make better choices. This cereal seems pretty healthy, so i put it on subscription. I like how it tastes and the texture.

Used to be able to purchase this size at large food service supply stores but they quit carrying. This (with blueberries) is all my wife eats for breakfast so she goes through about a box a month. Great value over the small boxes sold in grocery stores.

If you want to soften it, soak it milk 2-3 minutes before consuming. Also great in homemade trail mix as well as a snack.

I have always loved grape nuts. It’s the only food I missed when emigrating to Australia. So happy to be able to buy from Amazon. They taste exactly as I remember. Thank you.

Unobtainable in Canada, this was great to be able to order through Amazon Prime. Received all 4 packages of the larger size and delivered on time. Recommend!

the price for just a breakfast cereal is far too high--why can't grape nuts coming to Canada be made cheaper
