Will they arrive fresh? My sister is recovering from a cancer operation. I'm ordering from the UK and concerned about risking sending them ..

My mom is located in the U.S. in the state of Wisconsin. The florist in that location sent fresh flowers. If you are ordering from the UK for flowers that a florist will prepare in the U.S. I imagine it depends on the city florist. The town my mom lives in is around 50,000 people. I hope this helps you make your decision.

It was a gift and I can't say the size of the vase but I wouldn't recommend this product.

I am sorry you didn't read here first. But, damage control would be: if it is a close person/family apologize ahead of time that 1/2 of the buds won't open. I was truly so UPSET when only 1/3 of my buds opened at all and 3/4 of the red bud had fallen off. I WILL NEVER BUY AGAIN. Good luck.
