Love this alarm clock. I was looking for a color changing alarm clock for my toddler. We've been having trouble with him getting up waaaayyyy to early but obviously he can't tell time and light outside is not a reliable indicator. This alarm clock was so easy to set up. You set what time you want the light to turn green (okay to be awake) and what time you want the light to turn red (bedtime). He caught on super quick and now stays in his room until his light turns green. He was so excited and I feel like it has helped him feel more independent. It also has a variety of different colors or white light brightness that you can turn on at any time or use as a night light. My only complaint is I wish they had a way to set it for nap time also. I decided to just to choose a color and let him know and that has worked well for us. We chose blue for nap time so I just go manually turn it to blue. It has different white noise options and an alarm clock build in as well (we haven't utilized any of those). The best feature is you can also lock the buttons so they can change the time or the colors. I also noticed it will keep the settings if it gets unplugged or the power goes out for a short time (like less than 10 minutes). Pros: Toddler lock for buttons, easy set up, fun face with stars and moon at night and sun during day, not an aggressively bright light, white noise option, color changing with time, other "night light" colors and options. Cons: No nap option, no battery option for travel.

Our 2 yr old was waking up between 4:45am and 5:45am every day to the extent that when he slept until 6am we were celebrating (and also slowly losing our minds with these early wakeups!) We've been using the green light functionality for 2 weeks and day ONE it solved the problem. He now wakes up between 6 and 6:30am (which we'll gladly take) with ZERO complaints. Seriously cannot believe the efficacy - it didn't occur to me that he was waking up that early because he just didn't know...

Our 4.5yo likes to randomly wake up 60-90 minutes before the usual "get ready for school" time. This has been a HUGE help on those days. Now they know that it's not time to get ready for the day until the clock is green and, on days they wake up early, they will now quietly look at books or play in their room until the clock turns green. Having the clock turn red at bedtime has also been a huge help. Our kiddo has never been too bad about bedtime but having the red visual reminder that it's bedtime has helped on the evenings when bedtime is becoming a struggle. Maybe we missed this when setting it up, but the only thing I'd change would be having the option to set different wake times for weekdays vs. weekends. Overall, we love this clock and the green/red visual reminders has been extremely helpful with our 4.5yo. The kiddo also loves the variety of nightlight color options and enjoys picking a different nightlight color each evening.

It was honestly larger than I had expected it to be. Even with seeing it in pictures and videos of reviews. My son was so excited when we got it. The first night he seen the moon was showing and it had changed to red. Told me and his dad it was time for bed, and put himself to bed. When he got up the next morning he then was excited that the alarm went off. (I did turn the alrarm off for a few days, which he did get upset when it didn't come on.) The Set up and if you have to make any adjustments with the time, alarm, sounds, back ground and light have been easy. Love that it locks by holding down 2 buttons at the same time and he can't make any changes. (Fingers crossed he doesn't figure out how to unlock it). No issues or complaints with the volume, music or sounds on it. The few down falls I do see with it is that the buttons on the front for the light color and brightness are pretty small. I have a hard time pushing them and I have small hands. Also you can't adjust either one when the clock is locked. In order to turn the alarm off when it sounds in the morning. My son said you have to press a button on the bottom. I am not sure if there are other ways to turn it off while it's on. Over all appearance, music, volume, and lighting. I am Pretty happy with. Again my son loves it and that is all that matters.
