This is a compatible refill to the Hauser 707 and should fit most of the pens that the Hauser did. Topball 850 05 is a 0.5 mm width ink line. Very few manufacturers make a broad rollerball refill....Pelikan 338 is one of them.Passion4Pens/Joseph C. Ptasinski
