Más ligero y delgado que las cocottes, para otros usos. Este tiene un estilo retro muy bonito. Aunque sirve para cocinar, está pensado para cosas más delicadas que largos cocidos. La idea es hacer papillotes y otras cosa, es versátil. Medida ideal para un pescado. Es muy aplanado.
