Probably the most customizable thumb release on the market. Practically everything on it is adjustable. I have long fingers and a short jaw so in order to anchor the base of the "V" between my pointer and middle fingers on the angle of my jaw while having the string touch my nose and cross the corner of my mouth, this short-neck Stan is the only game in town for me. I own two in case of failure or if Stan stops making it. I don't rotate them, I just use the one and the other is at the bottom my pack waiting to be called to duty. No issues so far and I shoot 70 pounds, 75% letoff. The only thing I can think of to criticize on this release is that there is an audible click on firing. Feels so good in hand. I wear a size medium latex glove for a tight fight and large glove is kinda baggy. The release I went with a large short neck and I’m very glad I did. The short neck looked really short when I first took it out but once i did my first draw cycle the tension from the string makes the clearance a non issue. Absolutely amazing release. Adjustments are great as advertised. Very light so if you like a heavy release this isn’t for you. And to the review about the neck being shorter and not changing anything that’s not true at all. The neck is shorter and if your any kind of archer you know that changes your anchor point so if your use to the longer neck ones stay away from this one. If you don’t like how far you face is away from the string at full draw this release is for you. Has pros and cons. Definitely different than the sx3 as far as anchor point and weight.
