Had to return these because they were too strong for my application and got 70 lb struts instead which worked perfectly for my RV under bed storage, but these seemed to be good quality and would definitely hold up a heavy lid. They raised the lid easily with good damping effect, but the lid was not heavy enough to keep it closed.

Fit perfectly on my 2025 East to West 3300RD as a replacement for the bed struts. Just used the original hardware and the work great holding up our new much heavier matress

Before replacing the air shock hinges, it was so hard for me to lift the bed platform in my RV, now it is so easy. Love the improvement!

horrible struts, they don't compress and the company does NOT respond to emails. No phone number either. Too late to send them back.

The first ones inordered were a little light but these might be almost to heavy but i like them.
