I should have check it out more closely. Apparently written by people who speak English as the second or third language. Vague generalities abound as do grammatical errors and factual untruths. This is truly sorry excuse for a book. It is trash published as an ACLS exam prep textbook. Please know that I am not being unkind but these are kindest words available in the English language to describe this book. It needs to be taken out of publication. If anyone is considering purchasing the book, my advice would be to give the money to someone in need or to just flush it.
