Q: Would these be a good choice to use in a rocky river ?

I just came home from camping on a river. I used these shoes for walking on rocks in and out of the river, as well as, walking through the woods through bark, sand and climbing over fallen trees and they worked great! The rocks in the river can be slippery and I liked the way the shoes allowed for sliding between rocks etc. They have enough cushion to shield your feet from the sharper rocks.

Q: I wear an 11 extra wide in womens what size would i need and would it be tight since my foot is really wide?

I wear a 10 wide and while I could get my foot in the shoe, I could not pull the back of the shoe over my heel. Sad because they were very cute. Had to send them back.

Q: Am i the only person who found these run small? i always wear a 9 and they were super tight. what is european 40? these are 39.

I normally wear a size 9 US also and found these shoes to run a little small. Unfortunately, although they are cute, I have to send them back.

Q: Will these shoes keep out sand?

Won’t really keep our sand. But they are comfortable to walk the beach. But yes they collect sand
