Great product
My dog gets so stressed getting his nails cut, so thought this would be worth a go. Took about 5-10minutes to train him to scratch it and it worked dulling his nails!Down side, he figured out where inout the treats, so as the photo shows, he blocked it so i couldn't put them in again😂😂

As described
Seems a bit expensive for what is essentially a small box covered in sandpaper. Having said that, it is really well made and works well. My dog has hated his paws being held even from a small pup so trimming nails is torture for both of us. I used small pieces of bacon inside the drawer and left it open about half a cm to encourage him to scratch. It took a number of attempts but he soon realised that the moment he pawed at the box I opened it for him so he started doing it every time.It will take some more practice but I hope eventually I can get him to paw at it a number of times before I open it.**Word of warning though!!** It is VERY rough paper so will trim quickly - therefore be mindful not to let them do it too enthusiastically or without your supervision as it could easily end with them causing themselves to bleed. The other issue I foresee with this is that at the moment my dog is only clawing at it with one claw. I need to find a way to get him to use both feet or I will still need to trim one foot the old fashioned way!

Great idea but badly made
Like how simple this is to use and was excited to see puppy use it but 2 mins later sandpaper starts to come off , not suitable for further use. Paper needs to be better adhered to the board.

Needs to be more weighty
It’s good but needs to be more weighted and the covering needs to be all the way around as the dogs when scratching it comes away at the sides

Works amazing
I have quite a big dog and is hard to control when trying to cut his nails, this works a treat for us!

Good for smaller dog or puppy! Not for bigger dog..
This is a fairly good dog scratch board for hidden treats! The build and finish is ok, Not the best but not the worse!!It is made of wood and like a rough grit sand paper with a hidden compartment for treats so as the dog scratches it can access the treat drawer under a sliding lid! Please read measurements before buying this as it is fairly small and would recommend for small dog and puppies, Good item for the right sized dog!!
