I bought the phone a couple of months ago, the screen developed a problem with the touch sensitivity. After contacting the seller I sent the phone back as it has a 12 month warranty, apparently the screen fault was 'my fault' so they say it's not covered under their warranty. (The photo clearly shows no physical damage). They offered me a 20% refund for the phone which is a massive insult, I would rather it sat in a drawer than let them sell it back on to another unsuspecting victim. The screen is no way my fault and i will not be having any more dealings with these scammers. Avoid!

The product, is lovely and perfectly well. But the way they left my parcel at the gate out in plain site for anyone to see anyone could have picked it up they didn't bring it to my door or hand it to the resident like they said.
