There are many options when choosing a pole such as this. This is my second pole and I am so happy I chose this one!! It is a complete set with carrying case and accessories. I previously had a chrome pole but opted for black this time. It's relatively easy to set up, just be sure to check that the threading on the bottom shaft collar is right side up before completing assembly. At the end of assembly they will ask for you to tighten the collar by screwing it in place. If the threads are not facing upwards it will not connect or tighten. You will then have to partially disassemble, re-assemble, and re-stabilize. Don't look any further....this is the one! Price point is mid.

Great new addition to my home fitness area. Product is well made and easy to install. Also love the accessories included. I'm still in beginner mode. Only thing I would suggest is maybe including a small booklet or page of basic beginner poses (I have trouble remembering all the names) this would enhance my focus and attention more on the product and less on my phone googling which poses. I want to max out the time I spend with this pole being the most productive during each practice. Thank you for being a wonderful outlet to my new favorite hobby
