With a little file work, plus a little heat ( hot water ) on the lid/catch area, to bend & reposition it, all is fine. Maybe you shouldn't need to do this to a new item, but I really don't care. Compared to an MTM ammo box, this has a proper hinge, not a bendy bit of plastic, & has a foam pad to stop you're ammo rattling about. Would I buy one again ?. Yes I would.
