Buy at your own risk. I wouldn't recommend. I have had mine for just over one year, lightly used. The switch has failed and not only will it not cycle through the various temperature settings, but I cannot turn the device on or off. In fact, when I plug in a charged battery, the device turns on by itself to the highest setting. That's right, plugging in a battery is the only way to turn on the device. If I want to turn it off, I have to disconnect the battery. I reached out to their customer service, and this was their response: "That's odd. We apologize, this has never happened before. Will you please provide an order number for the pouch?" I did, and had to follow up with them a few times over a month and a half since they never responded. I reached out again today and finally got a response: "Unfortunately since this order was placed on Amazon there is nothing we can do warranty wise. Please find the code below for a discount." They don't stand behind their product. Buy at your own risk.

I work in the weather every day, and this product has kept my hands warm. I usually have trouble with that, but not now. I would recommend this for work and hunting. It is a very good product.

Nice and warm!, needs to be bigger for larger hands with gloves on! Also the strap needs to be longer, impossible to fit with jacket a jacket on!
