Got it as a Christmas gift for my boyfriend. He loved it and uses it almost everyday. It arrived on time and is a good quality cup.

Great quality mug, terrible shipping.
I took one star off for packaging. The mug itself was loosely bubble wrapped inside a box, but the box was thrown into a regular white mailer envelope. With something this fragile, it should always be shipped in a box with more than one sheet of bubble wrap. The look and quality is great from first glance, it's a little smaller than your average sized coffee mug. The value is great for a fun, novelty item and the color is exactly as described. I'm lucky that my mug arrived in tact but I highly recommend caution when ordering, just in case you aren't as lucky.

Not 16oz
It's a beautifully made mug but it does not hold 16oz. It barely holds more than 12. That was really disappointing.
