excellent product
great product! I have dog and children so having something that is both pretty and durable is very important. I took a piece of the scrap from the trim pieces and soaked it in a bucket of water for several days. It did not change in shape, size or integrity. It is impervious to water and extremely scratch resistant I highly recommend it for anyone who need durability and nice looks

Decent product.
Decent tiles. I had a little trouble learning the perfect way to install them without gaps and without hammering, but it took a few youtube video's to get it right. I'm not awarding 5 stars since some of the tiles came with chipped corners, so they can be a bit delicate in that regard. But the chips were small enough where the tile could still be utilized by adding a dab of concrete repair product. Once the installation is done, they look really great.

Damaged upon arrival — be ware or buy extra
My friend and I are both doing bathroom remodels in our homes, and both purchased the Calcutta color. Out of our 7 total boxes across the two homes, 6 boxes had at least one plank where the corners or side was broken. Our friends had to buy another box and after they graciously gave us their one extra plank. If they hadn’t given us their extra we also would have needed to buy more because of the unusable damaged planks.Once locked in, the floors look great and seem very strong but it looks like a lot of people have had the same issue with damage and the company should evaluate its shipping methods. The boxes I got mine in had no padding.I like my floors now and they were a good price, but I’d be afraid to buy from here again in case the products were damaged again.

Not quite the color I needed.
These are beautiful tiles, I love the texture and feel, but they were not the color I needed. They are wonderfully textured with a unique appearance.

Complementary with any decor.
Beautiful in my bathroom while functional. Non-slippery surface important. Our contractor installed so no idea on how that is.

So far so good
My boyfriend and I are remodeling the bathroom in our camper and opted for these snap lock tiles vs the palisade tiles for the shower due to the $20 price difference per case. These are meant to be “floor” tiles but a tile is a tile. You are going to need a miter saw with a fine toothed blade to cut these tiles. A regular skill saw with wide toothed blade is going to eat these up. (We found out the hard way). They snap into place well and we love the way they look. They have a good weight to them and are high quality. If you decide to use these for a shower make sure you do it by the book and use backer board, red guard, seam tape, and silicone. We used waterproof construction adhesive to attach the tiles to the backer board and used clear silicone in between all of the snap-lock seams for extra precautions. So far these tiles are doing fabulous in our shower. We are full timers and shower in there every single day. This company should seriously consider marketing these as wall tiles as well. Be prepared for a tedious and time consuming process, and that goes for any shower-tiling job. I am only giving it 4 stars because I’ve only seen them in action now for a little over 2 weeks. I’ll update my review in 2 months.
