Heavenly Cake Pop Easy Roller

Absolute garbage!!!!! I bought this some time ago, a short time after release. I have a bakery and have made thousands of cake pops via the cookie scoop, roll method. I thought this would be great to be able to do many at a time. I followed all instructions, like I've said this is not my first rodeo. Well it flat out did not work not matter how many times and ways I collectively thought of to try. well paying $100+ dollars is a good amount so I called the company and told them of the dilemma I had, she asked have you watched and read the instructions, of course I did, I don't mind her asking but really???? so then I tried again and again and yes again, it didn't work... splits the balls in half, doesn't roll them, spent many hours just playing with it to no avail. Called the company back and said no way did it work, it doesn't stay on the counter, etc... she said well you have to use the handles, I said what handles??? from her reaction I assumed that I got a reject or a first model. It is so ridiculous to try to roll the machine with no handle and the machine just slips and slides all over the place. So frustrating I did not want to make it or deal with it again I could have rolled 1,000's with all the time wasted. So I called the owner back and yet explained again how it did not work and that I wanted to return it, the owner said and I quote "sorry we cannot accept a return because you have used the item" I said well how the heck would you know if it worked if you did not use it??????? I mean come on, I called twice, emailed I'm not looking to just use something and return it, I had a legitimate complaint about an item that was complete garbage and still have the piece of junk to this date and every once and a while I come cross it, I get irritated I got hosed in to this junk. Tonight I figured form the hell of it to try it again, its still absolute garbage. Please anybody thinking about buying it, DONT!!!!!!

Great item

Well, I know zero about making cake pops. but sure like to eat them. Gave this to my daughter in law whose cake pops are a hit at all family gatherings. The five star comes from my daughter in law who can turn out a batch of these very fast compared to the "old kind".... Whatever, the cake pops are still yummy as ever. I guess this is a must for the serious cake pop makers.

Worst thing I have ever bought, if u like ur cake pops taste like a dough then go a head and buy it otherwise this product is complete ripe off. Don't think you regular cake would work, you must beat the hell out of the cake in order to roll smoothly in the cake roller then it will taste like dough. Do your own research before buying. You have been warned!

It does not work! I've tried every possible way and it didn't work!! Don't waste your money
