Very nice to have, a want not a need
These are so nice to have as opposed to cutting parchment. They are quick and easy and very easy to clean. No issues with staining yet. I do fold them over in the pot so the lid fully seals when making sour dough.

Great quality, makes bread making easier.
These slings are great for baking my sourdough. Makes it easy to lift my dough into the dutch oven and pulling it out. Bread slides easily off the sling onto the cooling rack. I've used them several times already and they are holding up great.

Good product!
These mats work well for baking. They seem like they will last a while. The only reason I gave them four stars is because they sometimes will have some color spots left if I have burned something while baking. But it comes right off. They are easy to clean; I put mine in the dishwasher with no problems. They are very easy to use. I like that they came with several sizes. I store them with my pans. They are a good thickness, better than parchment paper.
