It's larger than it looks online
It's like having a ninja with a fire-hose pop out and clean you up. I've used this type of bidet alot when I was in Japan and this one ranks right up there with the high end Toto's as far as cleaning goes. The massage feature is super nice and its surprisingly quiet. Few draw backs are that it's larger than it looks online and the seat isn't auto function.

CAN'T LOCK!
Poor instructions never tells how lock works or nor locates the locking mechanism. Called American Standard with no help. Had to put large tie wrap around toilet to secure. Disappointed.

INAX quality has declined with tie to American Standard. Returned Unit for refund.
We purchased an INAX bidet in 2007. It was very high Japanese quality with top of line plumbing and a well-designed, functional spray system. We were impressed that it still looked like new after 12 years of use. This new model - sold by American Standard - is a low quality product that lacks functionality (no fan, etc.), has cheap plumbing parts, and very low power water stream. We returned it to Amazon for a refund.

It's just ok. Not a great value.
We added this to a guest bathroom, and I am not very impressed with it. Price was considerably more than the Woodbridge brand we have in our master bath, and it just isnt nearly as nice. Here are the cons:Currently drips water from the seat hose, the orings do not give a good seal. The "hot water" is mildly Luke warm and runs out in about 7 seconds. The pressure is ok at best, and there are only 3 positions you can adjust the nozzle to.The "nozzle clean" button only opens the door, you have to reach into the toilet and pull out the nozzles by hand to clean them. Our other one, the nozzle extends with this button and you can clean it with the bowl.Does not have a drier or night light. The drier is not a big deal, but I did not realize how nice the night light was until I had one.Pros:Seat is actually pretty comfortable, you always lose some room with these seats, but this one feels pretty normal to sit on.The deodorizing fan is actually pretty sweet. Great for a guest bathroom and it works surprisingly very well.

No outlet RIGHT by the toilet? Don’t get this.
I’d rather have a no frills option I can use than this. I looked everywhere in my 3-bath house for an option, then tried my parents’ 5-bath house. None of them have an outlet immediately by or under the toilet. And honestly, why would there be one there? Some other reviewers lucked out or shelled nearly half a grand for an electrician to make a grounded outlet. Me? I don’t have that kind of cash, so I can only talk about the design features, installation process (did it just for the review. Waste of time), and look. Obviously, the fact it requires something many homes don’t have, and that they didn’t make it clear you’d need an outlet within roughly 5 feet of the toilet lid, took off many points, especially when you consider the fact it will likely be visible and look ridiculous. In the past, what I did was get one of those neat hose attachments that joins at the y junction hose between the toilet and the wall. No batteries or plug. Just a little hose thing that looks like a mini spray shower head, but much smaller. I’d opt for that again before ever investing in something like thisThe features are cool but unnecessary: heated seat (nice if it’s winter), different water settings, deodorizing...all nice luxuries that are worth it if you have the money and a Very nearby outlet, but otherwise, probably not.Installation was remarkably easy, as was removal, and it was minimally messy. Just have a towel around to catch the water than inevitably will come out when you screw and unscrew the water hose. It won’t be much as long as you turn off the local water thing, which is super easy and straightforward.Nice product, if it didn’t have such unusual and expensive-to-rectify requirements. If I had paid for this, I would have definitely returned it.

Great Product Works Well But Be Aware of Outlet Issues
Hello heated toilet seat with bidet, goodbye $465 the electrician for outlet installation. Before you buy this you need to realize one thing... You basically need an outlet right behind the toilet to use it, and not just any outlet. It has to be some kind of grounded outlet due to being by water and moisture and humidity and you really have to hire a licensed and experienced electrician to do it for safety reasons. It cost me $465 to have it done. How much it costs you will vary depending on who does it, where you live and what rates are in your area, what your existing wiring looks like, etc. So you may pay less but you may pay more. You need to get estimates if budget is an issue. Now for the seat itself. It works great. Early mornings have been colder than usual and I may be a priss but I really don’t like putting my bare derrière on a greasing cold seat first thing in the morning. The bathroom seems to get the coldest of all the rooms in the house and the seat feels like an ice cube. Hello heated seat, goodbye freezing rear end problems.I always had a bidet growing up and one in my homes so this feature isn’t uncommon for me. This one works and does the job. I can’t comment on the massage feature as I have no interest in using it at this point. The seat has 3 pre-set heat settings and 2 custom settings. I found the pre-set settings were fine and didn’t feel a need to adjust a custom one.The slow close lid has made my life less stressful. Honestly I know it sounds nuts but it has. My husband always just used to drop the toilet seat instead of setting it down and it would bang so loud I would wear the bowl would crack at some point. When one of my kids would beg to use the master bath toilette because somehow everyone was using the other bathrooms at once they would do the same thing. And when I would complain my husband would respond with “at least the seat is being put down.” The slow close seat prevents that. No banging. No worrying about the bowl cracking at some point. Peace and quiet. Also, the remote we affixed to the wall next to the toilet seat. Technically you could just leave it as a remote without putting it on the wall but who wants another remote they can lose? Or one that someone can sneak away with and mess with when you’re actually sitting on the toilette? You’re trying to do your business and suddenly the bidet goes off. Nope. Affix it to the wall. Much better option.Overall I have to say this is a great seat that works well and gets the job done. Just realize that if you don’t have the outlet for it you’re going to need to have that installed so if budget is an issue add that figure into the cost. If you’ve never had a bidet before it’s one of those things you don’t realize you’ve been neeing until you have one. Definitely recommend this.
