It's super good shaper. I'm in love with it.First I didn't know if It would be a good option. But people! Don't doubt. It's super good. My life a work It's different. The support is amazing. Comfortable and has helped with my posture.
I can wear it under my shirt and I do not feel like I have it on. I notice that even when I am not wearing it, and I catch myself slouching, I sit up straight. I can wear it for up to 5 hours a day.

I bought the 2XL (I usually wear an XL) and I could not get it around my waste. Made very small!!

Helps posture
Does help with posture and lower back pain when walking. Helps you sit up straight at your desk too. Shoulder straps are uncomfortable after awhile.

It’s ok
The brace is comfortable. However, it doesn’t fully hold you up straight. No matter how tight you make the straps you can still slouch your shoulders. The back brace will tend to ride up. You will need to consistently pull it down. It was a pain to figure out how to put on. There are no instructions in the package and the ones on the website were not of any help.

bought to help keep my upper back straight while driving my bus, worked pretty well the first few times i wore it. after a few wears it stopped working, it doesn't pull the shoulders back anymore. it just digs into my under arms. its very painful

I can't say enough about this product! Fast shipping, great customer service, and a great material to boot! Its lightweight, soft and breathable. I'm fortunate to be working from home, BUTI am sitting all day in front of my computer. This has helped SO MUCH with back pain and also my posture (which is the main problem with back pain). I noticed that it isn't unbearable to wear. For me many products that bind sound the middle trend to bother me, and I can't breathe properly. But with this one, it's so lightweight I honestly find it comfortable to wear for a long period of time. It even gives the illusion of a small waist😄!. Will recommend!
