Q: Will yogurt spill out of one section to another. My kid is unable to keep it straight in her backpack.

It will not spill out, even if it’s sideways for hours! Each section has a rubber like separator on the lid to keep each item separate.

Q: How to contact the company my lid is all warped and won’t close?

You can order replacement lids from them. But, they made me pay for new lids and after a few uses, the same thing happened. The corners became warped and didn't close properly. I hand wash.
