Nice way to work your jaw. Different from Jawzersize, much less expensive.

I ordered the Bonsture jaw exerciser to tighten up my jawline…and hopefully neckline too. These silicone exercisers definitely give the jaws a work out. I thought I’d start slow and work my way up to the recommended numbers of exercises, and then work up to the jaw trainer with the most resistance. I found that having TMJ makes it more difficult to use the trainer tools. As it turned out, I haven’t been able to use the Bonsture jaw exercisers as often as I need to, because of the TMJ. However, the exercisers are of good quality and I like that there’s a cord that can be attached. Then I can hang them around my neck and do the exercises when it’s convenient. I did test each of the three levels and there is a notable difference in the resistance between the 3 different colors of jaw exercisers. When I have been able to use the exercisers, I can definitely FEEL it in my jaws. I can absolutely see how these would firm up the area of the jawline. The exercisers are easy to place between your back teeth, and then “chew” (up and down) on them. They seem to be very durable, as there’s no marks or other indication that they’ve ever been used. I do think these would be beneficial for most, but I caution those with TMJ issues that these could cause pain outside the normal pain caused by muscle exertion.

A choice of three resistance levels makes this a good choice for this type of personal appliance. I don't know how durable it will be in the long run, but it seems solid enough and well made.

I’d been searching for a jaw exerciser that had a variety of resistances/weights to work up through, as well as ones that felt like less of a choking hazard. I’d nearly given up on that search when I came across this set of six (technically more like three as there are three sets).I love that these come with pieces that just out of your mouth and have a tie to tether they together. This makes it feel less like a potential choking hazard - also they’re fairly massive. (I do have a pretty small mouth, however, so take that with a grain of salt.)The resistance options allow for you to realistically work your way up. I feel that it is a good distribution and the lightest one doesn’t feel too easy while the toughest one doesn’t feel like it’s too impossible to reach.Another benefit to this set is the case. Each set comes with a plastic case to store the two jaw exercisers and the cord that attaches them to one another. I will say, my only gripe is that the cases are a little difficult to close when the two pieces are tethered together. But that’s nit-picking more than anything as the cases are still fully functional and can be closed. You just have to do a little wiggling and positioning.

Pros:- Overall this does seem to work... each of the levels work and ramp up nicely. I used them for a few weeks and you can tell that your muscles are working and it's doing what it's supposed to do. I don't think it made a massive visual difference after a few weeks, you can tell it's worked.- The overall package is nice, you get some accessories like ropes and carrying cases for them all.Cons:- The two piece design is very annoying in my opinion. Mostly that the sizes are large and when you start off, it's not easy to fit them into each side of your mouth without them falling out. This makes the first usage very off-putting because you're going to be drooling and trying to fit these in while biting at the same time and they will fall out. Seeing other one piece designs makes much more sense overall.Overall:If you're interested in jaw training these are good to at least test out, however the problem is that they need to be customized to your mouth to really work and will be non-returnable. I think that the single piece would work better but this is still a nice option that might work for people. Try the one piece first but keep this as an option. I could recommend it but know that it has a learning curve.
