Can you please advise where the crystals go .?
Really pleased but not sure how the crystals fit in .

Nice fire
It's a big fire and it's nice but unfortunately they was a chip on the top left corner of the glass which they would not replace it because they said would cost too much to send back,but offer us£20 back,will not order anything from this company again

How to work the remote
The remote and instructions are awful , so far I haven't been able to put any heat on at all it turns on and off and puts flame on and that's all

Great product
The media could not be loaded. I just love this electir fireplace. It looks superb in my living room. Very easy to be used and fit. Great quality and worth the money
