Beautiful container which appears to be strong enough to keep around on a shelf but is also biodegradable so that one can bury or put in lake or such without harming our environment. The small optional opening in the 2-piece lid should also make it easier to scatter ashes if desired.

This was exactly what I wanted to scatter my parents ashes in the ocean. It was very easy to put together and I transferred the ashes myself into the tubes, we purchased 2 of them for our parents that passed away. They worked great and they were also very pretty.

I purchased this to scatter my dad's ashes without fear of dropping/damaging his urn. The directions were easy to follow and it was easy to transfer his ashes into this container. The container itself is sturdy and has a beautiful sunset design. We only had 2 small issues; 1) The hole is in the center of the top, rather than off to the side. This made it hard to disperse all of the ashes in a slow manner. I had to turn and shake the container several times. 2) A very small amount of the ashes remain in the container, which keeps me from wanting to dispose of it. Perhaps a thin, water soluble plastic lining would help?Despite those 2 small concerns, I would likely order this again if needed.

Just had my Dad’s ashes put into this urn. He was a big golfer so I know he would like it. It arrived well packaged, and has a good solid feel to it. The image is beautiful and crisp.

She was 55 when she passed, but she will always be my baby sister. This beautiful urn is for her only son - she has five daughters, too. She was a water baby, a Pisces, and these ashes will be scattered in the place where we played as children. Her son can decide whether he wants to keep the urn afterward. I love that it is biodegradable if he decides he wants to bury it after scattering her ashes.

Beautiful and great value

I bought this for myself. I don't plan on it being used for awhile, I just wanted to make things easier for when it is needed. I want my ashes scattered at my favorite beach and thought this would be perfect. I am very pleased with this purchase.

I didn’t realize that the white rim pulled up, so I perforated the circle on top, thinking I had to fill with a funnel so now it’s going to be difficult to fill without getting remains everywhere. Wished there had been instructions on the outside of the container. Perhaps a change could be made so other people don’t make the same mistake. A beautiful container however.
