Mold mold mold

DISGUSTING!!!! I bought this bottle in September, it has a long shelf life. I looked in the bottle to clean the pump and it’s pure mold!!!

EDIT: I reached out to Torani to let them know and they had exceptional customer service! Thank you for making it right. I appreciate all of the storage tips as well.We loved this white chocolate and the expiration isn’t until May of 2024 and this is what we found in the bottom of the bottle. You can’t see from the outside so who knows how long we have been using it with mold in it. So gross
