Day 3 of use and already I can tell a huge difference! I developed bunions over the last 5 years which have slowly gotten bigger and started to hurt, so I decided to (hopefully) avoid surgery by preventative measures with this kit. I wear the small toe spacers between my first 2 toes during the day with normal tennis shoes and can barely tell. The soft squishy gel is really nice. I do the stretch exercises once a day for 10-15 minutes before bed and wear the slip on sock spacers while sleeping. Day 2 when I stood out of bed my bunions didn't hurt nearly as bad which was amazing! This kit is awesome so far, thank you so much!

You have to use these devices on a constant and regular basis for you to see any benefit. Just started using it a little over a week so can't comment on it's full benefit.

I was just made aware of having bunions caused by my favorite style of sandals I wear about 8 months our of the year. The band that goes around my big toe was pulling that toe into the others and causing alot of pain. I am very happy with this kit as it has so many different ways to correct the alignment. I can see that my big toe is getting stronger already and able to spread out like it used to do in yoga! The gel pads are very soft and flexible, and for the price, a great value.

They protect my bunion even after surgery. The spacer it comes with is too thick so I removed it and am using one of the smaller ones.

After 2 weeks the rubber was disconnecting from the material I do not walk around in them. I put them on and while in bed. I would not recommend
