This was a Christmas gift for my son. Great product. He loved it.

This is the second try on this model of press. Both presses I had to return due to uneven heating. Very expensive for flimsy heat press. Imposdible to increase the pressure.Still waiting for my refund...

Customer service response is slow - they email you a possible solution and when that doesn't work, you have to wait another 1-3 days for the next suggestion to try. I've only had this for just a little over 6 months and I'm very disappointed in the customer service.

Had to deal with support at the start! The Heat Press came with everything except the rotation lock knob/screw. To make a long story short, they did send a knob from Chine DHL expedite. So tech support was a plus. We looked for the controller to have a side port for the heater connection. This, it turned out, was an upgrade so the manual didn't cover that except through an addendum sheet. Setup for heat was a bit different than the manual, though we were able to figure it out. The manual does not really discuss the pressure setup correctly. There is a small drawing that shows measuring the distance on a spring, which I will assume is the distance between the bolt head and the plate the head sits on. For anything except a T-Shirt this distance is 3/16". For a T-Shirt the distance is 3/8" - 1/2". Wellll. Turning the pressure adjust knob enough to get 3/8" does not give a lot of confidence in the structural integrity of the heat press. When the heat bed contacts the foam bed the rear arm leans backward structurally this does not feel right, nor is the heat bed contacting the foam bed evenly. This can be seen visually and at the springs.We have used it for sublimation of a wind spinner and some foam coasters. They both came out excellent. I adjusted the pressure so I couldn't pull paper out between the hotplate and the foam bed, this also showed the uneven pressure. Tried to measure the heat bed temperature, but it is covered by a fabric sheet that gave inconsistent readings though all were in the ballpark of the setting.This was bought because it was cheap and had all that was needed to do sublimation on various items. The manual is typical of cheap products from China, and the build is typical of cheap products from China.It does work, and I would have to say it works pretty well. Tech support does respond and support. The minus for ease to use is due to the manual. The manual should allow the end user to use the product completely.

The hat press attachment is incredibly hard to use and we kept getting creases in all the hats. The shirt press didn’t have even heat or pressure all the way across the plates and after 2 months was so bad that we couldn’t even use it. Not worth the money at all. Very disappointed.

Vevor Customer Service Team was Very Helpful and Prompt in helping me with a problem with my Machine. The first machine I received wasn't working right. I emailed Vevor, and their Customer Service Team was Absolutely Wonderful with their quick response time and in helping resolve my issue. My new machine seems to be working fine. It was a pleasure dealing with the Vevor Customer Service Team and knowing that if I have any problems, I can count on them to respond in a timely manner with good intension in helping fix any issues. Thank you Vevor for employing an excellent Customer Service Team.

Great machine works well! The bundle is definitely worth the price.

This item will not press evenly. Does not matter what adjustment is done you only can really use the top half. Waste of money. Cannot stress enough. WASTE
